With 118 beds and more than 400 physicians on its medical staff, Pali Momi Medical Center offers a full range of services for the communities of Central and West O'ahu. As the Hospital Operations Supply and Equipment Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing system purchasing trends, patterns, and processes to determine supply usage across the department. In this role, you will recommend processes for improvement based on reports developed and consolidated from the EDI and financial data that would provide a picture of the current supply system status and needs. We are looking for someone with exceptional organizational and planning skills, an appreciation for operational integrity and fiscal management and a commitment to creating a healthier Hawai‘i.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Three (3) to five (5) years of business related experience to include purchasing, contract analysis, proposal development, or related functions.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Health Care Administration, or related field preferred. Experience with purchasing and/or service contract, contract negotiation, or a national or local Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) preferred.
