Under the general supervision of the Department Manager or designee, provides creation and management of user account security for both applications and systems security. Facilitates and serves as a liaison between internal application analysts and external customers for the Information Technology Department. Works with multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

As the IT Account Management Specialist you will be responsible for the creation, management, and security of user accounts on various applications and systems utilized by Hawai‘i Pacific Health’s employees. This highly organized and detail oriented individual will also serve as a liaison between internal application analysts and external customers. We are looking for someone with strong customer service and technical skills who shares our commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or related experience. One (1) year experience in customer support, Data Control and/or Information Systems. Experience demonstrating computer knowledge and excellent customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge and/or experience in Active Directory, Epic Security, or other business applications. Prior work experience in Information systems or healthcare is desirable.

Hawai‘i Pacific Health offers a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package that includes pay and benefits. The pay rate, if displayed, is the minimum hourly rate for the position. Rate of pay for selected candidates will be determined by various factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, relevant experience and training, as well as internal peer equity.

Starting Hourly Rate: 24.13
