As the HPH Chief of Hospital Medicine, you will oversee the work of the respective HPH Division leaders, physicians, and advanced practice providers, and provide key leadership into the development and implementation of system wide clinical standards, clinical care coordination, input into the strategic planning and program development, physician recruiting and retention, and promotion of physician professionalism and well-being. Will also assist in developing and delivering provider training as needed.

Qualifications: Must meet educational requirements for Hawai‘i state licensure. Degree in Medicine. Current Hawai‘i license to practice medicine. Strong managerial and clinical experience in health care administration/medical management. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or Health Care Administration, and university faculty appointment preferred, but not required.
