Please join our team to provide this important service to the people of Hawai‘i as a Customer Service Representative in our Contact Center. This will be a crucial support role in our call center as we work to schedule vaccine appointments for eligible patients.
As a Customer Service Representative, you would be responsible for providing information regarding vaccine appointment scheduling, assisting with patient registration and obtaining health insurance information. We are looking for a technologically-savvy individual who pays attention to detail and shares our commitment to creating a healthier Hawai‘i.
