Job Description

The Orthopedics Department is trained to handle the most common of injuries, from sprains, broken bones and sports injuries, to specialized conditions such as arthritis and congenital disorders. Our multi-disciplinary team includes fellowship-trained orthopedic physicians, rheumatologists, physical therapists, nurses and other health care providers that specialize in treating a wide range of injuries in children and adults.
As the Nurse Practitioner, you will gain invaluable experience and insight as part of our professional physician team while performing a variety of patient care activities related to the diagnosis and treatment of ill and injured patients in our Orthopedics Department. We are looking for someone motivated and driven, with outstanding patient care and communication skills, ability to work effectively under minimal supervision and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.

Minimum Qualifications:
Current Hawai‘i Registered Nurse License. Current Hawai‘i Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license. Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR card. Two (2) years nursing experience in related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least two (2) years’ experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Orthopedics.

Hawai‘i Pacific Health offers a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package that includes pay and benefits. The pay rate, if displayed, is the minimum hourly rate for the position. Rate of pay for selected candidates will be determined by various factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, relevant experience and training, as well as internal peer equity.
Starting Hourly Rate: 64.22
