The department provides clinical intervention to the pediatric patient requiring intensive care or advanced pediatric (step down) care, while simultaneously supporting patients and families through the Intensive Care experience. Services are available for pediatric patients with the most acute medical requirements, including the risk of organ failure and those who require continuous monitoring such as life support therapy, invasive monitoring and other critical care measures.
If you are a compassionate, sensitive caregiver and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, you could be the ideal candidate for our Registered Nurse position at Kapi‘olani’s Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
