Job Description

The Analytics & Management department forms part of the HealthAdvantage Support Services group, which provides Hawai‘i Pacific Health and its affiliates essential population utilization and financial management support, analyses and modeling. The department also performs additional services in collaboration with the managed care services department including referral management, patient steerage, and claims auditing.
As the Managed Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the day-to-day operations of the department coordinating office resources and personnel, and maintaining and creating organizational programs to support the goals of Hawai‘i Health Partners (HHP). We are looking for a detailed and self-motivated individual who is eager to step up to support the development of new programs and make viable recommendations based on solid data to achieve our mission to create a healthier Hawai‘i.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field and/or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience. Three (3) years of experience in health care with demonstrated administrative or operations experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree in healthcare related field. Experience in utilization or managed care environment. Supervisory experience.

Hawai‘i Pacific Health offers a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package that includes pay and benefits. The pay rate, if displayed, is the minimum hourly rate for the position. Rate of pay for selected candidates will be determined by various factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, relevant experience and training, as well as internal peer equity.
Starting Hourly Rate: 31.78
