Job Description
Founded in 1921, Straub Medical Center includes a 159-bed hospital in Honolulu, a network of neighborhood clinics and a visiting specialist program that reaches throughout the state of Hawai'i. With over 200 physicians who are leaders in their fields, Straub provides its patients with diagnoses and treatments for more than 32 different medical specialties, including bone and joint, heart, cancer, endocrinology/diabetes, family medicine, gastroenterology, geriatric medicine, internal medicine, vascular and urology. Straub is home to the Pacific Region’s only multidisciplinary burn treatment center. The hospital consistently brings new technologies and innovative medical practices to Hawai'i, such as minimally invasive cardiac surgery and total joint replacement.

Whether you’re an executive or an assistant, overseeing clinical operations or customer care, you help to provide essential services for our facilities and fiscal and organizational responsibility for the organization as a whole.
As the Supervisor of Clinical Operations, you will provide essential oversight to ensure that Straub patients receive the highest quality care at our facilities, and that staff are well fitted and compensated for their work. In this position, you will supervise and coordinate all aspects of administrative and patient care activity together with the department leadership, integrating organizational and clinic service philosophy into a comprehensive management of patient care activities. Minimum Qualifications: Current Hawaii RN License. Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification card. Previous leadership experience and/or management training.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in health related field. Healthcare management experience.

Hawai‘i Pacific Health offers a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package that includes pay and benefits. The pay rate, if displayed, is the minimum hourly rate for the position. Rate of pay for selected candidates will be determined by various factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, relevant experience and training, as well as internal peer equity.
Starting Hourly Rate: 57.20
