Minimum Qualifications: Two (2) years of recent OR experience or two (2) years recent experience as an instructor in surgical technology, or a combination or both, within the past five (5) years. Proof of a current NCCA-approved credential in surgical technology (CST™, CSFA™, or CST/CSFA™).

Preferred Qualifications: Documentation indicating proficiency in instructional methodology, curriculum design, and program planning preferred. Examples are as follows:

· documentation of previous teaching experience [surgical technology-related] that includes responsibilities for instructional methodology, curriculum design, and/or program planning

· documentation of formal coursework in instructional methodology, curriculum design, and/or program planning
