Job Description
Founded in 1921, Straub Medical Center includes a 159-bed hospital in Honolulu, a network of neighborhood clinics and a visiting specialist program that reaches throughout the state of Hawai'i. With over 200 physicians who are leaders in their fields, Straub provides its patients with diagnoses and treatments for more than 32 different medical specialties, including bone and joint, heart, cancer, endocrinology/diabetes, family medicine, gastroenterology, geriatric medicine, internal medicine, vascular and urology. Straub is home to the Pacific Region’s only multidisciplinary burn treatment center. If you are compassionate and attentive, you could help to provide our signature high quality patient care to patients and their families as our next Lead Licensed Practical Nurse at Straub's Kahului Clinic. In this role, you will coordinate the day-to-day operations of patient care activities and personnel in addition to performing the standard functions and duties of an LPN. We are looking for someone with exceptional patient care and organizational skills, the ability to work collaboratively with others in a team-oriented atmosphere and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.

Minimum Qualifications: Current Hawai’i Licensed Practical Nurse license. Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR card. Two (2) years recent Licensed Practical Nurse experience in a clinical setting.
Preferred Qualifications: Lead or supervisory experience.
